Accessibility Statement
VARIOS AI (avency GmbH) is committed to making its website https://varios-ai.com accessible in accordance with the requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG) and the Ordinance on Accessible Information Technology (BFITV).
Status of Compliance with Accessibility Requirements
This website is partially compliant with the requirements of EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Not all requirements are currently fully met.
Non-accessible Content
The following accessibility barriers have been identified and are present on all pages of our website:
- Linked images without alternative text: At least one linked image per page currently lacks alternative text, making it difficult for screen reader users to understand the purpose of the link.
- Empty form label: There is at least one form field without a descriptive label, which impairs usability for screen reader users.
- Empty links: At least one link per page contains no text or content, making the purpose of the link unclear for screen reader users.
- Contrast errors: Several elements on the website have insufficient color contrast, which may reduce readability, especially for users with visual impairments.
- Empty heading: At least one heading on the website is empty, which can hinder navigation for screen reader users.
We are continuously working to identify and remove these barriers. Improvements are already planned and will be implemented as soon as possible.
